Logistics: the link that keeps everything moving

At Spierings, internal logistics is all about movement. Not of cranes, but of parts, materials, and components that need to be in exactly the right place at exactly the right time every single day. Across multiple production warehouses, our logistics colleagues ensure that production, assembly, and aftersales can continue running smoothly. It is work where overview, pace, and collaboration come together, and where your contribution is directly visible.

The connecting factor within the factory

Internal logistics forms the link between departments. From small fastening materials to complete components, logistics ensures that materials are available on time for production, assembly, and aftersales. Working in logistics means working right in the middle of operations, with direct influence on how the day runs.

In our warehouses and storage areas, colleagues work with clear structures, modern systems, and straightforward work agreements. With smart storage and scanning systems, incoming and outgoing material flows are processed efficiently. Because we work with multiple warehouses, coordination is especially important. It requires people who can think ahead, maintain overview, and switch quickly so materials are always in the right location and colleagues on the work floor can continue without delays.

Goods receipt and our Parts Desk work closely together to receive, inspect, register, and internally distribute parts. Every day, shipments leave our facility for customers and service locations around the world. This ensures that parts remain available both for work in our factory and for service and maintenance in the field.

Logistics is about more than simply moving materials. You notice when something is missing, think along about smarter processes, and help ensure everything runs in an organized and reliable way. Small improvements often make a big difference in lead times, overview, and peace on the work floor.

Structure, pace, and teamwork

In logistics, you are not working behind the scenes, but right in the middle of daily operations. You support colleagues so cranes can continue to be built, maintained, and delivered. It is work with responsibility, variety, and pace, where collaboration is central. You do it together: within your own team and with colleagues from other departments.

What you can expect from us:

  • A close-knit team where colleagues can rely on each other
  • Varied work with both pace and structure
  • A direct contribution to smooth processes throughout the entire factory
