Spierings Mobile Cranes is a Dutch family-owned company with a rich history in mobile tower cranes. From our headquarters in Oss, more than 400 colleagues work together on innovative lifting solutions. Our cranes are used worldwide and operate in 32 countries, in places where strength, precision, and reliability come together.
Everything we do is done in-house, from engineering to production and from assembly to service and overhaul. These short lines of communication ensure that ideas quickly become reality and that quality can be felt in every step. A Dutch family business with worldwide impact.
Everyone knows the image of a tower crane. As a child, when you drew a crane, it was almost always a tower crane. Leo Spierings recognized that too. Back in the 1980s, he saw it as a true challenge to place that tower crane on wheels. By doing so, he combined, as Spierings perfectly described it, the best of both worlds: a tower crane on wheels.
That vision transformed the tower crane into a completely new type of crane: the Spierings crane. The mobile tower crane was born. Suddenly, a whole new world opened up. Because when mobility is combined with the world’s best crane design, a lot becomes possible.
Since then, the Spierings crane has become the workhorse of the crane industry. Around eighty percent of all lifting operations are carried out by mobile tower cranes. Spierings continuously focuses on ease of use, sustainability, and safety, allowing you to get the maximum performance from one and the same crane.
